If yes, you are talking commercial building construction. The process is much more complex than hiring builders or meeting with architects. It’s important to be thorough in your planning to ensure that you build a building that is both safe and up to local laws and codes.

1. Planning & Design stage
The most important (and expensive) part of the planning and designing process is likely to be the longest.
